Pros
Ubertal provides great opportunities and resources for fresh graduates or people with less experience to lean and grow. They pair junior person with senior recruiter or manager to make sure your questions are answered. I've learned a great deal from the mentoring program. They have a very flat organization structure and supportive team environment. Employees with good performance can be promoted quickly. I enjoy working with candidates during the staffing process. It also has great client and all kinds of requisitions for recruiters to work on.
Cons
As the nature of the industry, performance is reviewed based on your number of placements and gross profit generated. So this can be stressful if you are not passionate in recruiting.
