Pros
Great company to work for that doesn't leave its values statement on the shelf. They actually run the company according to them and hire, fire, and compensate accordingly!
Cons
It is a small entrepreneurial company where change happens fast and you have to be agile to keep up. That isn't a negative for many, but some may not like it.
