This is the worst company when it comes to people management as they care least about the employees. The small staff operational has to beg for their salary at the end of the month which is almost everytime calculated incorrectly. Resignations are taken as personal offense with employees not given any salary or experience documents on the day of relieving. The company is running through an identity crisis and does not have a clear niche of work, mostly due to the management's lack of business understanding and clarity of domain.
