Okay experience - Technical Support Representative UXPin Employee Review

UXPin is truly a special place to work at. Everyone on the team is kind, thoughtful, and encouraging. There’s great mentorship and always opportunities to learn and grow as a team. You have a lot of support to challenge yourself and pitch in new ideas. One of my favorite places I’ve worked at so far.

Because we’re still a start up there’s not a clear career trajectory. However, managers are supportive and will advocate for you.

- very friendly work environment - interesting product that solves a need - good compensation and company benefits

- There is a serious lack of structure across several parts of the company and this results in lots of stagnation and confusion amongst the employees - product does not feel complete and there are many bugs that cause problems for the customers - leadership is a little bit inexperienced and this trickles all the way down
