      Pros

      Great friendly work environment. Committed to education of disadvantaged students.

      Cons

      Sessional staff marginalised - no benefits. Insufficient allowance/compensation for the non-teaching time required for quality education delivery. Very short notice of work available and even shorter notice of work cancelled due to class cancellation. No compensation if you are timetabled for a session and then the class is cancelled - which is common on some campuses.
