Pros
The work is easy. They'll assign you an hour of work and give you the full day to do it. The health insurance is excellent. You gain access to the Wisconsin ETF retirement program, which is very valuable.
Cons
Salaries are far below market rate. A coworker once disclosed to me that he was making only $90,000 at a senior level. That's roughly half what you can make. Because of that, everyone in the department seems unmotivated. You have to fight tooth and nail for assistance in getting anything done.
