Poor Department Management - Anonymous employee UW Health Employee Review

Department manager doesn't listen to employee feed back. People hired in the department are just considered a body, regardless of their experience, work ethic, willingness to contribute and work as a team. It's an entitled type of work environment. The company couldn't care less about their employees. They recently fired anyone that submitted a religious exception. It's their way or the highway.
