      Lots of Opportunity Work is plentiful Support from leadership is fantastic

      Cons

      People have been too coddled here for too long. Anyone here not in leadership since before the Union was dismantled will only work the minimum to not be fired. The hospital does not allow leaders to base raises on how well you work, which has led to good employees leaving and bad employees continuing to do the minimum.

      This company has its cliques and you will feel isolated if you don't blend in as expected. If you find yourself not quite fitting in, it is best to find another company to work for.
