      Pros

      It's a good place to start for a new grad.

      Cons

      They really want to to drink the UW kool-aid...fine if you are a new grad RN, but if you question or object to one of their policies, it will go down hill. Good experienced nurses ask questions and want to know why we are doing something this particular way, that was met with hostility in my experience.

      This company has its cliques and you will feel isolated if you don't blend in as expected. If you find yourself not quite fitting in, it is best to find another company to work for.
