      You get to see, everyday, who you're putting in all the work for (the students), and it feels great

      Cons

      There is constant change there, so if you aren't a fan of that, maybe not the best place for you.

      Pros

      Diversity center was great to work at. Had a lot to learn and grow from, was able to take charge creatively with marketing. Inclusive and inviting space.
