Pros
I love being a nurse and caring for my patients. Benefits are pretty good. There are some who care about their employees.
Cons
Some departments treat employees as just a body, whether they do great work or not. Can be scary when there are nurses who just care about what's on their smartphone and social media instead of their patients. Yes, parking can be a problem as mentioned, but that's not number one. Poor management is probably number 1.
