The people who work in Utopies are really nice and you can do friends really easy, also every week there are free fruits in the kitchen.

The management is awful and they don't have time for interns. But the real problem is that no one is in charges of the interns, so you can spend half of your internship without management. Also, it is very common that the first day of an intern no one knows he is coming. The rotation of interns is impressive, when one intern leaves the replacement arrives next day. There are around 10 interns for a firm of 40 employees. Another of the problems is that they had grown really fast so for the moment it is not possible for them to hire more people.
