      Legacy, Trusted brand, strong support from the Govt, though subtle

      Cons

      Not able to position them. Caught between the PSU and Private sector culture and positioning the company based on the convenience, really confusing for the employees and the investors. Leadership team at times not able to define where the company belongs. Lack of ownership.

      Great Work culture, understanding top management, It is a very reputed brand name in industry

      Can be old school. Not flexible and open to new ideas. Does not offer work from home option.
