      Great benefits, many great coworkers, depending on your specific department.

      Cons

      UT School of Public health senior management to be avoided at all costs. If you need to work directly or near one of the associate deans - do not take the job. That particular environment is utterly toxic.

      Cons

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
