Pros

GREAT benefits, fair pay, good access to training, laid back atmosphere if you are a student, lots of holidays and good leave accrual.

Cons

My god... the work is so dissatisfying and not challenging at all. If you want to grow, the "hurry up and wait" bureaucracy makes it very difficult. Unfortunately, project managers are also very disconnected from those they manage and are very slow to intervene when serious problems arise. I can only list everything as neutral here because nothing ever seems to change...

Pros

Respect between colleagues and bosses

Cons

The pay is not very competitive, but it is only a student research assistant position and is more about the experience
