      Pros

      Great employees. Nurses are great to each other and are great about teaching.

      Cons

      Pay sucks (but that's all of Knoxville) Management only cares about the bottoms dollar Always under staffed There is a culture of "don't volunteer a mistake if you'd like to remain employed" Management is only visible when JACHO is here Nurses aren't happy and constantly afraid for their jobs.
