Blatant signs of racism and sexism - Online Teacher UStalk Employee Review

Hello. This is Christopher with UStalk Teacher Support. First, we appreciate your feedback. Discrimination is an often-overlooked issue in our industry, and we are actively trying to combat it. When hiring, it is our policy not to discriminate on the basis of race, gender, disability, or any other factor which does not have a direct impact on our teachers' teaching abilities. After a teacher has been hired, our Learning Support team recommends our teachers to our students and their parents based on teaching style and other professional qualities. Our students' parents, however, have the final say in class bookings. In response to your comment, we will be analyzing our teacher demographics and booking rates to gain further insight into this. Finally, we do take this issue very seriously, and we welcome any input on how we can make improvements for our teachers without sacrificing our customer experience.
