      Beautifully laid out curriculum. Everything is set for you and ready to go.

      Cons

      There are no students to teach. I have been with the company for three weeks and I have only had one class.

      Pros

      - Compensation is very reasonable - Hours are flexible - Students are very cute - Lesson materials are well designed - Salary is paid on time - The management seems very caring and supportive

      Cons

      - There are sometimes student-side tech issues which cause problems with classes - The time zone difference between the US and China can be a challenge - Onboarding was a little bit slow
