      Great benefits. Good group of employees. Real camraderie! They really wanted you to succeed.

      Cons

      If management was not on board with your project, then it could be really tough to get things done.

      Pros

      USi is great about allowing work from home. It was a small company which allowed exposure to many levels of leadership and high visibility of project successes.

      Cons

      USi often was misleading with bonus payouts. They would have a target of 10-20% but only payout 3-5% - this was consistent over five years.
