      Pros

      the way we work. our co-workers are amazing and smart.

      Cons

      there is absolutely NO Management loyalty and they will sell their own family members if it means they keep their jobs or get better NPS scores. this is the third time in 15 years I have been laid off in the middle of a very successful project.

      Pros

      USi is great about allowing work from home. It was a small company which allowed exposure to many levels of leadership and high visibility of project successes.

      Cons

      USi often was misleading with bonus payouts. They would have a target of 10-20% but only payout 3-5% - this was consistent over five years.
