Pros
U.S. Cellular cares about it's employees and it's communities. Loved taking part of many fundraisers and community out reach opportunities. They offer a great commission structure and training is top notch. Great advancement potential
Cons
The last couple of years I was there, it became more "corporate" structured. Being a part of a big family atmosphere was much more motivating. We lost a considerable amount of excellent producers based on decision from the home office thousands of mils away.
