Pros

1) The "image" of a caring company that is focused on people. 2) Decent benefits 3) Decent Salary 4) Customers seem to like the company 5) Once a year, your "Opinion" is valued (Culture Survey)

Cons

1) Managers are hired based not on ability but on how much they are "liked" or who they know. 2) Managers spend a ridiculous amount of time in meeting/calls and have little clue on what goes on in their functional areas. 3) All associates should be treated with high regard, not just the front line associates in Care Center. 4) Intelligence and ability is a liability, ESPECIALLY for minorities. 5) Under representation of minorities in leadership. 6) If you are not a "yes" person, then your career is over! 7) Kissing butt is more valuable than actual ability. 8) The concept of The Dynamic Organization is used as a weapon to threaten people with. "You're not a good fit for the D.O."
