Pros
USC has a strong culture and values know as the Dynamic Organization which is the foundation of how the company operates. This culture is one of the reasons I stayed over a decade. The people and work I did was very rewarding in the years I worked there.
Cons
Wireless is a very fast changing industry and in order to be successful you need to be able to work in ambiguity and be very flexible to change frequently to respond the the competitive pressures of the industry. As long as you are comfortable with change and can manage it effectively, you can have a fun and rewarding career there.
