      Willing to train, Takes HR really seriously, Loves inclusion.

      Cons

      Hides everything. Will cover leadership decisions with smoke and mirrors consistently. They make it seem like major choices for the company are simple training exercises. They never are upfront with their employees. The mid-level management is also just horrible.
