      Pros

      Hourly pay is more than minimum wage. Commission, you make your pay check. The benefits are awesome. You do get holidays off other than just thanksgiving and christmas. Work life balance ok.

      Cons

      Cold calls, many people dont like them but its a way to reach out. New system that i see still haves lot of kinks.
