Money is good as long as you're comfortable with sales - customers come to you - minimal to no prospecting - decent benefits -growth for those who stay - work life balance depends on your management- I've had four different managers and only one was meh
Cons
Nights and weekends are where the money is at - most employees don't make it five years - USC expects you to use the sales tools they give you in every interaction, regardless if they apply to the situation - upsell upsell upsell
