Pros

Best reason to work here would be the dynamic interactions that were had with clientele that were needing solutions to problems, wanting to purchase new phones, or anything of the sort. If you're wanting to get started in the cellular industry, this would be a good company to start with as they have a strong base hourly rate, with a decent commission structure that's easy to understand based on volume and additional metrics about the location you'd be working in.

Cons

Loss of customers and unappealing to the young generation. Most customers are older and "on their way out the door". Benefits are lacking with high deductible minimums and a lot of doctors may not accept the insurance that's offered. Commission can be lacking as it's volume based and the commission structure has changed in a way where it's hard to make a decent commission check above $1000 if you're in a decent location. Really have to be pushy in sales as this company doesn't seem to value is customer base anymore and really wants the push the sale, then cater to customer needs and coverage. Network is spotty at best and is NOT a national carrier to the US and is limited to certain market areas with roaming data caps.
