Pros
The culture and people are the company's biggest assets. Excellent work life balance and because this is a wireless company, you get to work on really cool and interesting projects that have direct impact on the customer experience.
Cons
The company is not a market innovator. You are often chasing products/services of competitors. Innovation is not embraced and celebrated as they should. Processes are rather antiquated and poorly defined, so lots of redundant and inefficient work. Ideas like telecommuting is not embraced.
