Pros
It's a very relaxed job and the people in the store are great! However, United is run by a family and you won't be able to move up. They run everything and your their dog
Cons
So at the beginning it's great and all. However, as you start finding out more and more they find ways to take your HARD earned money back in stupid ways! -$175 on your paycheck if you have a %80 and below and if your store finishes in 5th and 4th quantile you lose $150 or $100. United is run by a CEO who thinks he's the "the man" but in reality he's a cocky person who try's to motivate his employees by using stupid lines. FYI they don't keep their word! Remember that!
