Stong & passionate leaders guide associates based on a defined set of Values and Behaviors with a constant focus on growth and customer satisfaction

Cons

As a regional wireless carrier, U.S. Cellular competes against the 4 national carriers in an industry that spends more money on advertising than any other ~ so it is in an uber-competitive environment. With limited financial resources in a regulated industry, U.S. Cellular can only do so much to grow the business and attract new/switching customers.
