      Pros

      Benefits are awesome, pay is great, and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming!

      Cons

      Long weekends and shift seems never ending. Sometimes irate customers can make the job frustrating but other than that everything is ok.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
