Cons
There are pockets of people in leadership roles who obviously should not have direct reports. Decision making process is long as consensus is often often required from many stakeholders. Under-defined processes and silos between departments makes it difficult to deliver projects efficiently. Working with IS, trying to get resources, navigating the group is difficult.
