Pros
Was a good place to work but former sprint mgt came to and brought their diseased ideas with them.
Cons
Cult like thinking, don't disagree. The DO is a total lie all the employees know, we lied on the survey every year and when we told the "in person" survey/interview guy we lied because mgt wanted that way the survey people reported to management that there was a "non DO" attitude, Kafka could not make a more twisted place People sleeping on the job not doing their job heck one guy ran his plays from his cube Hiring totally unqualified people
