Pros
Good pay structure for leadership, a lot of very smart and talented people in the company. Compensation is good, benefits are just okay.
Cons
Not what it used to be, losing focus of what made us different than the competition. We are becoming just like the competition, and the high pressure sales focus is increasing daily. Every month something is taken away or changed for the worst. The opportunities are pretty good. IF you want to live in small towns which used to be the companies niche. Now that our plans are EXACTLY the same as Vz and AT&T we are not truly competitive.
