Pros

Good training, great benefits, wonderful people. If you're "in" then you're good to go and can do no wrong. The trick is staying there.

Cons

Too many demands on supervisors and not enough time to get everything done. As a supervisor, or "coach", the people reporting to you probably make more money than you do, but you are expected to work your butt off for a minimum of 50 hours per week, and you're salaried. This company is to small for the big things it's trying to do, and they have no idea how to do it.
