Good pay, tuition reimbursement, bonuses, shift bids, advancement opp.

Cons

Be careful with QA calls. Made 1 mistake, unfortunately the day a new Zero Policy came out. I was the example it was not going to be tolerated. Verify all yours calls. After 6 years I was fired for 1 call. My fault.
