They organize nice outings from time to time, and it’s a good environment for juniors to learn and grow.

* Not a suitable environment for mid-level or senior employees due to the lack of a clear growth or career development plan. * Limited or unclear social and medical insurance benefits. * Job stability is a concern; layoffs can happen with minimal notice (typically one month’s compensation), and this has affected multiple employees. * Hiring often seems unstructured, with unclear role expectations, which can later lead to downsizing. * Lack of clear goals, direction, and performance planning for employees. * Minimal investment in employee development, with feedback sometimes shifting responsibility onto individuals without proper support. * Management and leadership decisions can feel inconsistent and lacking long-term vision. * In some cases, employees are expected to be on-call during weekends without additional compensation or clear boundaries.
