      the logistics team are the only real ones in the company.

      Cons

      no new ideas at all! manager inexperienced and no knowledge of work no professionalism favouritism happening firing people from the team to bring in their own family members judgemental manager

      Work life. Balance is there .No strict deadlines as such. Flexible working hours. supporting team.

      Cons

      Benefits and compensation not as per market standards. Even though I was working at junior position , the work and responsibilities would be like senior .buy not paid accordingly

      Can learn new skill because you have to deliever on time.

      Cons

      No employee benefits. Small team , Per head Work Load high. For fresher lot thing comes in hand to deal.
