Pros

Nice people, easy work culture, managers try to help you if you are a good performer, you can manage a good work-life balance, work from home is allowed for some clients, they hire locals and help local communities as well, search "Step It UP America"

Cons

For a company of this size, number of clients is not impressive, salary is not that attractive, but if you can bargain hard, you may get lucky, most of the projects are support and migration projects, so if you want to be in development, not a place for you
