      - For those who new in industry, this is a good place to start you carrier - Has the best medical coverage - supportive managerial - Easy to contact with manager if needed

      Cons

      - salary increment is hard to get - long prohibition period (1 year) which only reward you nothing by the end of it other than become permanent worker - Job growth or even skill development are not on par with current market thus limiting your carrier advancement - You need to jump to different company after working with them several years which is the best options for your carrier growth
