Pros
100 % variable pay out Avg of 8-10% hike on every year
Cons
Else all is negative. This company doesn’t have much verticals and different business lines. 80 % Healthcare and 20% Retail, Logistics and BFSI. That also all are short term projects 2M, 4M, 6M sometimes it’s also weeks time. Which is pathetic situation for us. Most of the time you will be warming the bench. It may be cool time but over some time you will get irritated. And once you came to bench getting into project again is very challenging. In my personal experience, I came to talent pool almost 4 months ago. Last 4 months I approached almost 8-10 accounts. Most of the time they won’t have any openings. If they had either it will go on hold else budget constraints will arise. I cleared almost 90% of the project interviews I attended but none of them converted into allocations. Work Force Team rarely responds to emails and chats. But that’s pretty much common in all companies but they have projects but here nothing. Once you joined here you professional life will be questioned. Last month many of the bench people got threatened by hr’s to submit the resignation if they didn’t they are terminated without any notice. Which is totally unacceptable..!! Yes, i agree we can’t encourage the people to stay in bench for long time. But they also should be provided with opportunities if they are not fit you can take action against them but here that’s not the case. First thing they doesn’t have any projects if they had also all are very very short terms. That’s for very limited people most of the time TVM campus will fill all of them. Balance will be given to other locations. My personal advice is if you’re looking for long term goals don’t come here. If you have healthcare domain experiences this could be great company for you but not for other domain people. Other’s plans don’t risk your career for some perks here. You will not earn what they offered either you might get fired are you will resign the job because of the frustration you get. I am in the same situation. Think twice, Threes, Fours before you joining here.
