Pros

Good to start as fresher to learn more from clients because UST is staffing company so they send us to clients. My client is Dell and there are good people they advised me and helped me to build my career by myself.

Cons

Salary hikes are not there since I am fresher from 2 years. No manager ratings and no appraisal for hard work they treat all as same even if you work good. No benefits from company except salary. For a experienced don’t join. HR’s and managers are selfish and they feel that they are owners of UST.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
