      Very good work environment. Extra activities You can see your carrier growth here. Management is best. Company is always looking to grow in newer technologies. If you have any skill other than your work assigned, you can show and get possitive result here.

      Cons

      I can say annual hike is low. I don't know about ust employees who are working for UST itself. But as I was on client location so it depends on client also. So many be this can be a reason.

      the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
