Pros

Good work-life balance. Zero interference of UST in client projects. Great Annual foundation day party usually at luxury places.

Cons

Zero internet expense reimbursement, No relocation expenses, Zero perks like free cab, gym or lunch Single digit hike on promotion. Very less yearly hike irrespective of performance. Job security. Limited opportunities on bench. Max bench period 2 months. Zero quarterly project parties. Less sense of belongingness as most of engineers working in different client based projects.

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths
