Pros

- Strong values and work culture - Work life balance - Good team building activities & internal events - Supportive management

Cons

- You will lose your variable pay of 4 months no matter on which day you resign and leave the company since variable pay is paid half yearly (H1 and H2). H1 is January - June and H2 is July - December. Variable pay of H1 is paid along with October salary and that of H2 is paid along with April salary. In addition, if you are not present on company's payroll on the last working day of October/April, you will not get any variable pay for the recently completed half year at all. There is no variable pay given to resigned employees on pro rata basis. - Career development opportunities are quiet less

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
