Pros
Great work-life balance. The best I have ever been in my career. Managers were always available for employees and open to new ideas in order to improve processes and expand the business. The business relationship between all employees (no matter their role!) globally located was fantastic.
Cons
Lack in career progression. The company went through major changes but no new opportunities arrived.
