A lot of hours/ mandatory over time No work/ life balance. You work 6 days a week 8+ hours a day & most likely split shift. They don't care if they over work you. It's very physically demanding/ exhausting Dirty environment Understaffed because of turn over rate If it makes sense, the post office doesn't do it.
