USLI is sinking fast. Due to their refusal to adopt to new hybrid work from industry standards has started a mass exodus. Management is bloated and filled with favoritism and nepotism. Let’s put a 25 year old with no business experience in charge of a team. If you are a good looking female don’t worry they will put you right in leadership. Current employees are overworked and underpaid and will continue to leave during the “ramp up” return to office. No one wants to spend 2 hours per day commuting and money on gas for a crappy free sandwich and a gym.
