Pros

Few company benefits and hybrid schedules

Cons

This review is long overdue. The main problems at this company are the lack of transparency, honesty, loyalty, and overall organisation. To start, within the first month of employment, HR encourages and pushes the new employees to go on Glassdoor and leave five-star reviews. They do this to offset the more honest reviews written by employees who have actually worked here for years. Because of this, I would advise readers not to rely too heavily on the five-star ratings. Another concerning practice is that HR tells new hires that if they ever want to resign, they must provide one month’s notice. Ironically, the company lets employees go with no notice at all. The company also employs many workers overseas, and one sneaky thing they do is to quietly hire replacements abroad without employees realizing what is happening for months. Once the replacement is ready, and once they don’t need the employee based in US whom has been working for them for years with no fault, they terminate the role without explanation and warning. This is the ultimate betrayal by the so called ‘leadership’. The upper management also verbally reassure employees that their positions are secure, only for those same employees to find out a few months later that they are being laid off without notice or explanation. The company advertises an “unlimited vacation” policy, which may sound appealing at first. In reality, it is not always beneficial. Some employees take advantage of it, while others cannot because they are responsible for multiple roles and have no backup to cover their work. As a result, taking even a normal vacation can feel impossible. Overall, the lack of clear communication and organization, transparency, and loyalty is extremely frustrating for hardworking and dedicated employees. If you are a dedicated employee looking to grow with a company and be recognized for your hard work, you need to stay away from this place. I encourage readers to pay close attention to the detailed reviews from long-term employees

Pros

Hybrid work schedule plus a few in-office perks

Cons

There are many issues, but the most significant are: • Frequent dishonesty and intentional deception, often justified as “strategy” • A clear imbalance in workload and accountability across employee levels Mid-level employees are consistently overworked and burned out, while upper management benefits from the results. Meanwhile, junior-level employees have minimal real responsibilities and spend a disproportionate amount of time on non-work activities, contributing little to actual output. • Unclear strategic direction and inconsistent guidance from upper management. • Absence of clear processes and leadership direction These conditions often lead to burnout for some employees, while others are given a free pass and are even rewarded despite a lack of accountability. If you are a responsible professional who values growth, recognition for hard work, and your mental and physical well-being, I would encourage you to look beyond the company’s in-office perks when evaluating this role.
