They have an extensive focus on training in order to ensure employees feel prepared to perform their required duties.
Cons
There were many employees that left USI in 2024, and not enough people to properly pick up the workload that remained. Employees that still work at USI have been overloaded with new clients/work without being rewarded for the major inconveniences.
